I know, I know...I'm a bad girl. I've been wanting to post for awhile, but have run into a few gliches (is that spelled right?). Anyway, we got back from our trip on June 14. At that time our computer was pulling it's annual "I'm not going to work" crap. Being that neither Casey nor I are very computer saavy, we just prayed the computer would miraculously work one day (it didn't, so we just cussed at it instead). Luckily my nephew came to visit from Illinois a couple of weeks ago. You know how those teenagers are with computers (makes me sick). Anyway, he came over one day and had it fixed within like 10 minutes (smart aleck!). So, now our computer is fixed once again! Hooray!
So then I decide to start scrapping our trip. Let me preface this by saying that Casey bought a new camera right before our trip. And let's just say he went a little crazy with the whole picture taking thing. Plus, I had brought my camera too, so needless to say, we have tons of photos from our trip. It was a little overwhelming at first to try to pick just a few to scrap. But, one day I was determined to get started, and I succeeded! Hooray! So, here's the first two pages of our trip. Our first day was spent in Dublin, Ireland...

So we were very happy to make it to Dublin, Ireland. It was a loooooong trip there. We thought we weren't going to make our flight in San Francisco. We thought we had left early enough, but when we got around the Berkeley area, the traffic was horrific! We finally made it to the Bay Bridge, but then the traffic got even worse! We sat and sat and sat. We realized we only had a short time to get to the airport and didn't think we would make it (we still had to drop off our car in long term parking). Well, miracles do happen because we made it to our gate just as the flight was boarding! Whew, that was close!
So, I'm a terrible sleeper on planes and knew I would not get any sleep before we arrived in Dublin (I was right). We arrived in Ireland about noon their time (yea, that's about 4:00am our time). We decided to try to stay awake the whole day, so we could start adjusting to European time. After doing a little walking around Dublin (well, it was more like dragging), we decided to hop on one of the city bus tours. Ok, we might as well have been in a cradle being rocked by our mommys because the motion of the bus was putting all of us to sleep. We somehow managed to stay awake(well, mostly) for the majority of the day before we finally crashed in our hotel room around 6:00pm. The next morning we headed to the Isle of Man...
